After an award-winning career in office management, Glenda retired with the intention of writing just one book—but along the way, she discovered a passion for storytelling that led to two more.

Her first book, Entering Adulthood, serves as a practical guide for young adults navigating the journey to independence, equipping them with essential life skills.

Her second book takes a creative turn, written from the perspective of her beloved dog, Bud. Bud, the Luckiest Dog in the World is a heartwarming tale for children of all ages that explores pet adoption and the challenges faced by both pets and their owners. Blending humor and poignancy, Bud’s story also touches on his diagnosis of diabetes. A portion of the proceeds supports Pup and Cat Co., a local non-profit dedicated to animal welfare.

Glenda’s upcoming book, with the working title of, The Holy Spirit – Encounter Him and Find Power, Peace, and Joy! set to release in 2025, is her most personal work yet—a divine calling fulfilled. Through this deeply inspiring story, she shares how God transformed her life from bitterness and anger to one of forgiveness, wholeness, peace, and joy.
